<p><br />根據(jù)提綱內(nèi)容,我們幫助D同學(xué)厘清了對(duì)于公共衛(wèi)生興趣由淺入深的時(shí)間線:治病救人的愿望——選擇臨床醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)——實(shí)習(xí)期間進(jìn)行健康宣教——了解到因?yàn)槁浜蟮娘L(fēng)俗習(xí)慣導(dǎo)致的疾病——結(jié)合疾病多發(fā)原因——反思公共衛(wèi)生事業(yè)的滯后——表達(dá)自己哀切的痛心——想要深造改變家鄉(xiāng)的現(xiàn)狀。</p>

<p>這部分對(duì)提綱進(jìn)行了拓展,主要是闡明了適合D同學(xué)的原因,能對(duì)于她自身的職業(yè)發(fā)展起到什么樣的幫助。其次,學(xué)術(shù)背景這塊挑選了與該項(xiàng)目最契合的《預(yù)防醫(yī)學(xué)》和《衛(wèi)生統(tǒng)計(jì)方法》,也為之后在該項(xiàng)目鉆研打下了堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。</p>

<p>D同學(xué)在提綱中選取了一篇SCI期刊論文,但提綱缺少亮點(diǎn)和最終的感悟。因此,在寫作中,我對(duì)她的經(jīng)歷進(jìn)行了潤(rùn)色。首先突出了她的學(xué)術(shù)能力,包括信息檢索、總結(jié)歸納和寫作能力。再者,我?guī)退龜U(kuò)充了國(guó)內(nèi)外病例對(duì)比研究后進(jìn)行反思和總結(jié)的過(guò)程,發(fā)現(xiàn)了一些導(dǎo)致該地區(qū)疾病的誘因。最后,是深化了她的個(gè)人感悟收獲,意識(shí)到“公共衛(wèi)生不但能提高百姓的健康管理的意識(shí),促進(jìn)其踐行健康生活方式,而且是國(guó)家開(kāi)展基本公共衛(wèi)生項(xiàng)目的基礎(chǔ)。為了讓公共衛(wèi)生事業(yè)惠及更多偏遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)人民,我更堅(jiān)定加入當(dāng)?shù)毓残l(wèi)生事業(yè)并為之不斷奮斗。” 體現(xiàn)D同學(xué)對(duì)于公共衛(wèi)生更深層面的認(rèn)識(shí)以及自己的宏偉抱負(fù)。</p>

<p>D同學(xué)的實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)歷提綱內(nèi)容豐富且詳細(xì),首先我由她印象最深刻的一件事引入:病患受教育程度低,無(wú)法了解正確的健康生活觀念,從而導(dǎo)致了不良的生活習(xí)慣和較為薄弱的疾病預(yù)防觀念。其次,突出她對(duì)于這個(gè)現(xiàn)象所做的努力:D同學(xué)積極投身于健康宣教, 參與制作了健康宣傳資料,借助廣播、宣傳欄、動(dòng)畫等多種形式促進(jìn)宣傳效果......充分體現(xiàn)了她的醫(yī)者仁心以及極強(qiáng)的行動(dòng)力。最后,是從現(xiàn)象引起的反思,愿意填補(bǔ)人才空缺,投身于家鄉(xiāng)公共事業(yè)的建設(shè)。</p>

<p><br />職業(yè)規(guī)劃部分,我強(qiáng)調(diào)了D同學(xué)對(duì)于改善公共衛(wèi)生事業(yè)的堅(jiān)定決心以及高尚的醫(yī)德品質(zhì),完全符合申請(qǐng)?jiān)擁?xiàng)目的目標(biāo)。包括“形成一套完整的公共衛(wèi)生知識(shí)體系”,“致力于降低疾病發(fā)生率”,“推進(jìn)全科醫(yī)學(xué)的影響力度及范圍”。</p>
