The Division of Systems Engineering offers MS, MEng, postbachelor’s and post-master’s PhD degrees. The Systems Engineering program is available to students interested in focusing their research on interdisciplinary work that transcends a specific engineering application domain. It includes areas such as information and control systems, optimization and mathematical programming, stochastic dynamic systems, applied probability, and discrete event and hybrid dynamic systems.
The program emphasizes cutting-edge research on analytical and computational methods aiming to design and manage human-made and physical systems spanning a broad range of applications. The Division includes affiliated faculty from the College of Arts and Sciences and the School of Management.
