The MSF Program at Boston College is designed to meet the diverse needs of finance professionals, recent undergraduates beginning their careers in finance, and mathematicians, economists, engineers, computer scientists, and others who are considering a new career in the world of finance.Two scheduling options are available. The full-time option allows you to complete the MSF in one full year of study, while the part-time option offers a part-time curriculum for students who wish to continue their careers. All MSF candidates must meet certain prerequisite requirements prior to entering the program. During the course of the program, all MSF students must complete 10 hours of service work.In addition, the Carroll School offers several dual-degree programs that allow you to complete two degrees in significantly less time than it would take to pursue each program separately. Programs such as the MBA/MSF and MSA/MSF provide additional skills and knowledge as well as a broader perspective on the field of finance.
