UIUC的MIRHR專業(yè)雖然設(shè)立在School of Labor and Employment Relations學(xué)院,但具體課程和教學(xué)風(fēng)格上卻是很多元的,除了傳統(tǒng)的Human Resources Planning and Staffing \\\\ Economics of Human Resources\\\\ Firm Performance and Human Resource Management等專業(yè)課程之外,UIUC借力較強(qiáng)的工科教學(xué)實(shí)力開(kāi)設(shè)了Social technical system\\\\ Employment Relations Systems實(shí)用性較強(qiáng)的課程,這兩門(mén)課也是目前企業(yè)很感興趣的Concern. UIUC對(duì)于有工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的人一向是青睞有加,這一點(diǎn)的考量對(duì)于HR這樣專業(yè)性較強(qiáng)的專業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō)也無(wú)可厚非,錄取難度上也是整個(gè)HR項(xiàng)目的頂級(jí)水平,錄取中有對(duì)于GRE和Female的傾向。
