RL Three letters of recommendation (Note: An email will be sent out to your recommenders automatically once you list them in your applicant profile, providing them the information on where to go to submit their letters electronically. So please be sure to list accurate information.) Transcript Official and original transcripts and degree certification documents from all colleges attended (applicants must have completed the minimum of a 4 year bachelors program). Send the following materials to the Joni Tucker, Academic Programs Coordinator, 404 Wilson Road, Room 297, Michigan State University, East Lansing, MI 48824: One copy of official transcripts and degree certificates of all college work. Note: For applicants submitting transcripts from Chinese institutions: All transcripts and degree certification documentation from Chinese institutions must come from the Chinese Qualification Verification (CDGDC): http://cqv.chinadegrees.cn/en/. The University's Office of Admissions and department will not accept materials sent from the student or degree granting institution. Only materials sent from CDGDC directly to our office will be considered "official". You will need to submit your transcripts and degree certificates to the CDGDC for review and request that they send a full and official report to the department. (Should you be admitted to our program while completing your last semester of study, you will need to repeat the process and submit the materials for review once your degree has been conferred. ) Once again, the University's Office of Admissions and department will not accept materials sent from the student or degree granting institution from China. Only materials sent directly from the CDGDC to our office will be considered "official".
