Transcript
Applicants must request current transcripts from each higher education institution attended. Students must earn a regionally-accredited undergraduate degree (or international equivalent) prior to enrollment.
If transcripts are in a language other than English, applicants must submit original copies of the transcripts as well as official, certified English translations of those documents. Transcripts must be in officially sealed envelopes, sent directly from the issuing institution. Documents that arrive in opened envelopes and/or marked “issued to student” will not be considered official. For applicants who attended regionally-accredited educational institutions in India, we require individual mark sheets for all semesters with all attempts of examination.
Submitting Unofficial vs. Official Transcripts:
The Office of Graduate Admissions accepts up-to-date, unofficial transcripts for admissions consideration; however, applicants must submit final, official transcripts if admitted to the program.
Evidence of degree earned:
Applicants with foreign credentials must also submit official proof of the degree earned (e.g., a copy of a diploma or certificate) with an English translation. Proof of degree documents must be in officially sealed university envelopes. The Office of International Admission will evaluate the equivalency of degrees earned outside the United States.
