PS Statement of academic/professional goals (750-1000 words) GPA A cumulative grade point average of at least 3.00 (A=4.00) for the final 60 semester hours (90 quarter hours) of undergraduate study, including all of the work taken in the semester (quarter) in which the student began the final 60 semester hours of undergraduate study. The cumulative grade point average obtained in all work completed beyond the baccalaureate may also be computed and considered. CV CV/Resume is required. Fee Application fee ($70) RL Three letters of recommendation (preferably from past professors, uploaded by letter writers to application system) Transcript Transcripts are required from those institutions where the student has earned a degree (any bachelor's degree and master's), and transcripts from all other colleges and universities attended in the last eight years. If the degrees were earned more than eight but less than fifteen years prior to the semester for which admission was sought, only transcripts from those institutions where the student earned degrees are required. If the prospective student has not enrolled in a college or university for more than fifteen years prior to the semester for which admission is sought, only proof of the degrees held is required.
